Each visit includes a thorough walkabout and inspection of the outside of the property, as well as each room inside the house. Which includes a comprehensive checklist specific to each property.

Once a month, our team will perform a maintenance cleaning including but not limited to dusting and wiping down surfaces.

Ensure the house is secure and protected upon departure.
